Beginning with a virtual seminar series, on Thursday, July 9, at 4pm CDT/9pm UTC, the initiative welcomes the Chicago-based composer, writer, and performer Corey Smith.
For the event, Smith will present CORNER — a performance lecture about the sounds of shelter-in-place, mechanical ventilators, and the work of 20th-century hymn writer, Ina Duley Ogdon. A conversation will follow the live performance.
